  • By commissioning me in any kind of way, please note that you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

  • These terms of service are liable to change at any time.

General Terms

  • ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. All of the artwork that I have produced is copyrighted and shall not be used or reproduced in any way for commercial purposes. The only authorized users are myself and the commissioner or owner of the character depicted.

  • I have every obligations to post these works on social media or sell them as prints etc.

  • I have the right to refuse or decline commission work.

  • The complexity of the subject might affect the final price.

  • Commissions will be drawn in my own art style. Please do not ask me to trace/plagiarize another artist's work.

  • FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. For Commercial use, please enquire me.

  • Turnaround Time: 1-3 Week(s). Full body 1 Month. Urgent commissions (within 3 days) requires $45 rush fee.

  • Digital Format Only. All final form of commissions are digital file format. JPEG, PNG & PDF.

  • Please provide a clear explanation of the subject and details about the commission.

  • Materials such as:

  • Reference sheet / pictures

  • Elaborate description / text (Eng & Chinese)

  • File Size (A4, A3, Pixel Dimension, please specify if any)

  • Deadline & milestone if necessary (upon mutual agreement)

Process & Changes

  • I will only show Work In Progress weekly , exception:

  • asking for approval/ clarification to proceed

  • big project

  • Changes & Alterations: Please inform me before the artwork is completed. Otherwise, a small fee will be charged accordingly.

  • If I have done something incorrectly, (inaccurate color, missing detail) this rule is an exception. In accordance to description / reference sheet provided.

  • Will e-mail to you the finished work.

  • Political/Hate Illustration

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is done through PayPal, using USD ($) as the currency.

  • Once I approve your commission request, I will send you a PayPal link to your email.

  • I will only begin your commission after the full payment is received.

  • NO REFUNDS allowed once I start working on your commission.

Queue

  • First come first serve, I work on commissions in order.

  • If you need to have the commission at an earlier date, a rush fee will apply.
